1. Description
Automatic backwash filter is used extensively in the filtration of light chemical industrial waste water or circulating water in industrial water, seawater, food, and pharmaceuticals; emulsion liquid regeneration; filtration of waste oil, liquid raw materials; drainage and circulating water system in metallurgy, petrochemical industry and power plant.
It could effectively protect the environment, by making the industrial sewage meet the national wastewater discharge standards.

3. Feature
**New pattern internal mechanical structure, which authentically realized flushing function. It could effectively remove the particles intercepted on the strainer without blind angle and flux depression, which will bring protection for filtering effect and its span life.
**High intensity and high accuracy materials have been adopted to the wedge-shaped filter elements, like 304、316L、 2205、Monel , etc. The precision could reach 25 micron.
**Auto backwash would be in progress according to the retrieval and strain functions on itself, which could make the machine totally independent of hand operation and cope with unstable fluctuations of water quality.
**Agile control system, which could adjust the backwash pressure difference and time settings according to the different water sources and filtration precision.
**The backwash of strainers would be operated successively, to ensure that other strainers could work normally when the backwash are under way.
**Pneumatic discharge valve was adopted, which could bring less water consumption and shorter duration, to be more economical and environmentally safe.
**The working state would be shown on the touch screen display, the pressure differential and time settings would be easy to operate.
**The operation and maintenance cost would be very low, because there is no rapid wore part or consumptive material.
