1. Description

The filtrate flows into the filter bag through the side inlet pipe of the filter shell. The filter bag itself is installed in the reinforcing net basket. The liquid can obtain qualified filtrate by penetrating the filter bag with the required fineness grade, and the impurity particles are intercepted by the filter bag. The machine is very convenient to replace the filter bag, and there is basically no material consumption.

3. How to maintain ?
1. Frequently check whether the connecting pipes of bag filter are firm and whether there is leakage and damage.
2. Do not open the cover when there is pressure in the bag filter, otherwise the remaining liquid may eject and cause liquid loss and personal injury.
3. Check whether the inlet and outlet valves of the bag filter are closed tightly. Check the pressure gauge to determine that the internal pressure is 0. At this time, the bag filter should have been separated from the pipeline system. Open the emptying valve and open the cover after the remaining liquid in the bag filter is drained through the emptying valve.
4. Open the upper cover of the bag filter correctly, unscrew the hanging cap of the upper cover, lift the upper cover and turn it at a certain angle.
5. Check O-ring and on filter Groove: if the O-ring is deformed, scratched or cracked, or If there is a problem with the joint part of the O-ring seal, replace it with a new accessory.
6. When replacing the filter bag: if the sewing filter bag is used, please fold the sewing edge of the filter bag and put it in, which can improve the filtering effect of the sewing filter bag. Place the filter bag so that the ring mouth of the filter bag coincides with the neckline of the metal inner net.
7. Hold the handle of the upper cover with one hand and the other end of the upper cover with the other hand, align the upper cover with the mouth of the bag filter, slowly put it down and naturally press it flat tighten the cap bolts evenly on the O-ring and the ring mouth of the filter bag.
