1. Description
Seawater pre-treatment self-cleaning filter is a pre-treatment filter for seawater filtration. It is used for the pre-treatment of reverse osmosis equipment. Seawater cannot be directly used because of its very high salt content. At present, two methods are mainly used to desalinate seawater, namely distillation method and reverse osmosis method. Distillation method is mainly used in large-scale seawater desalination treatment and places rich in heat energy. Reverse osmosis membrane method is widely used because of its wide application and high desalination rate.
In the field of seawater desalination, pretreatment is the key to the long-term stable operation of reverse osmosis system. The reverse osmosis system needs better pretreatment to reduce the turbidity of seawater and prevent the growth of bacteria, algae and other microorganisms, so as to improve the effluent quality. If the influent water quality is poor, the water production rate is very low. Therefore, seawater must be pretreated and filtered before entering the reverse osmosis membrane device.

3. Application
a. Mine: filter the underground spray water to ensure the normal operation of the system.
b. Water supply and sewage treatment: used in pretreatment system to improve system operation efficiency.
c. Iron and steel: used for water treatment and filtration in raw material yard and sintering pellet plant, cooling water filtration in blast furnace, rolling mill, continuous caster and other systems, and impurity filtration in high-pressure water dephosphorization system.
