1. Description
Industrial sucking self-cleaning water filter is a self-cleaning filter that directly intercepts impurities in the water by using the filter screen, removes suspended solids and particles in the water, reduces turbidity, purifies water quality, and reduces the generation of dirt, bacteria, algae, rust, etc. in the system, so as to purify water quality and protect the normal operation of other equipment in the system. 3. Application
A. Iron and steel: used for water treatment and filtration in raw material yard and sintering pellet plant, cooling water filtration in blast furnace, rolling mill, continuous caster and other systems, and impurity filtration in high-pressure water dephosphorization system.
B. Mine: filter the underground spray water to ensure the normal operation of the system. Water supply and sewage treatment: used in the pretreatment system to improve the operation efficiency of the system.
C. Power plant: it is used for the precision pretreatment part of the preparation of high-purity water for power plant boilers, and the filtration of generator cooling water and sealing water. When the water consumption of series 13-4 is very large, it can be used as bypass filtration treatment.
D. Petrochemical Industry: the side filtration treatment in the circulating water plant can be carried out by a single machine or multiple machines in parallel for the main treatment, instead of filter material filtration, so as to reduce the filter material filtration load, avoid a large amount of washing water consumption and save costs.
